Getting started with CrossFit
Step 1: Attend a free trial class.
Everyone is welcome to come in a try out a class for free. While we believe CrossFit can be tailored to EVERYONE’S ability, we still like people to try us out to see if they enjoy us!
Free Trial Days: Monday, Wednesday or Friday
Class Times: 9:00am, 4:30 5:30 and 6:30pm

Step 2: Learn the basics
While not mandatory, we recommend everyone go through a thorough fundamentals class to help learn the basics of CrossFit. The foundations class is optional and is scheduled on a 1 on 1 basis. Once scheduled, the class is a two hour long fundamental workshop where a certified instructor will help to teach you the basic principles of strength training, conditioning, mobility and recovery, nutrition and much more.

Step 3: Membership
After you complete the foundations class, if you feel like CrossFit is for you, you can sign up for one of our monthly membership rates. No pressure, just fitness!
